Learn to distinguish between clutter and hoarding in this class presented by Patricia Powers from Order and More.
What is clutter, and how do you distinguish between clutter and hoarding? In this class, we'll explore how tidy spaces support mental health and well-being, and investigate the science behind clutter. You'll learn strategies for sorting items and prioritizing what you use and love. After exploring how to pare down items, Patricia will share tips and tricks for organizing and maintaining your space. An in-class activity will be featured as well as a Q&A. Additional resources on related topics will also be available.
Please note: This class is a duplicate of Clutter and What to Do With It on June 5th. Please refrain from registering for both sessions.
