Certified yoga practitioner and trained vocalist Ellie Ferguson will guide participants through a 90-minute sound bath consisting of crystal singing bowls, vocals, and other sound healing tools.

Jake Randall will support the bath on acoustic guitar. The bath will bring participants into a state of entrainment, meaning to come into vibratory resonance with, which may naturally result in healing and creativity.

Bring pillows, blankets and yoga mats to fully receive the benefits of sound!
