Grab your spouse, partner, or friend and join us for a "date"!
Join Forest Trail Farm as they guide you through the sourdough bread-making process: feeding the starter, mixing and stretching the dough, and shaping the loaves. Each couple will practice with their own dough ball, shape it at home after class, and bake it the following day! Additionally, each couple will take home a "Sourdough Starter Kit," which includes a Danish whisk, banneton bowl and cover, bowl scraper, bench scraper, scoring lame with additional blades, and the recipe and instructions. Seasonal mocktails and light appetizers will be served. This class is for adults ages 21+ only.
