Join local outdoors writer and trained naturalist Jamie Siebrase for an engaging, interactive talk on wildlife viewing with kids in Colorado. Learn how to prepare for outings, practice safety and stewardship, and discover the best local spots for family-friendly wildlife encounters this season.
Jamie Siebrase is a longtime Denver journalist, trained naturalist, and author of several guidebooks, including Hiking with Kids Colorado: 52 Great Hikes for Families and Exploring Colorado with Kids: 71 Field Trips + 142 Nature-Inspired Activities, as well as the children's picture book Tonight! A Bedtime Book.
Kid-friendly activities will be provided. When registering, please include all attendees in your family.

Our light-filled library includes a spacious Kids Corner area with dedicated Storytime space and Everbright—a Lite-Brite-inspired interactive wall. Informal and formal meeting and event spaces are also available to the public, as well as laptop borrowing. This library also features the Little Savers Bank & Market play space for kids.
