Kids Ages 3-8 and Participating Adult. Join us for a colorful, hands-on workshop designed to spark excitement around healthy eating!
In this workshop, kids and their grown-ups will explore the magic of eating the rainbow—together.
What Parents Will Gain:
This workshop is designed to help you feel more confident navigating picky eating and encouraging healthy habits at home. You'll learn simple, practical strategies for talking to your child about food in a positive, stress-free way—building curiosity, not pressure. Plus, enjoy an open Q&A with a local nutritionist where you can ask questions and get real-life support.
What Kids Will Experience:
Through playful activities like planting mini microgreens, trying colorful bites, and creating a rainbow placemat, kids will start to connect with healthy foods in a fun and approachable way—no matter where they are on their tasting journey.
Whether you're raising a brave taster or a cautious nibbler, this class helps create joyful food conversations and positive mealtime moments.
