Birding at Dupont Open Space

A Guided Walk with Denver Audubon

Discover the diverse birdlife of Louviers with a guided birding tour led by Denver Audubon.

This scenic walk through Dupont Open Space explores a variety of habitats—riparian areas along Plum Creek, peaceful ponds, cottonwood woodlands, and open grasslands—offering a chance to spot a wide range of bird species.

Meet at Dupont Park (8020 Main Street, Louviers, CO 80131) and park in the main lot; the group will depart from there. Trails include hard surfaces with mild slopes as well as some uneven woodland paths that may be muddy after rain.

Please bring water and dress for the weather. Binoculars will be available to borrow, or feel free to bring your own.
