This interactive workshop supports new and expecting mothers with practical tools to manage stress, emotional overwhelm, and the mental shifts of early motherhood.
Through light teaching, guided discussion, and simple grounding practices, participants will learn how to regulate their nervous system, reduce anxiety, and feel more confident and supported during pregnancy and postpartum.
