Event Hall A - Castle RockDesigned for adults and teens ages 16 and up. This interactive class blends seminar-style learning with hands-on practice to build practical, real-world self-defense skills.
Participants will explore situational awareness, boundary-setting, verbal de-escalation, and simple physical techniques that can be learned quickly and applied confidently.
Led by an instructor from Rocky Mountain Self-Defense and Fitness, this session emphasizes prevention first—helping you recognize potential risks, set clear boundaries, and respond effectively if needed. No prior experience is required.
Comfortable clothing recommended for the hands-on portion.
