Dive into the world of DSLR photography with this hands-on class!

Learn the essentials of manual mode, along with shutter and aperture priority for those still getting comfortable. We’ll cover techniques for shooting in low light and backlight situations, with a brief introduction to off-camera flash. Explore focal points, depth of field, and how to achieve beautifully blurred backgrounds. Plus, have fun experimenting with shutter drags for unique effects. Practice with still-life setups using creative lighting, and take advantage of natural light as we walk around to sharpen your skills!
