Embrace the art of slowing down. Yin Yoga is practiced with cool muscles, eliminating the need for warm-ups or dynamic movements. Instead, enjoy a series of floor-based poses, each held for several minutes with props for support. Wear comfortable attire and experience profound relaxation for body and mind. For beginner yogis seeking tranquility and ease.
