Join us each month for a hands-on DIY experience for adults and teens!
Get inspired by Creativebug - an online database offering thousands of craft classes free with your Douglas County Library card - and create something new alongside fellow makers. Each month we will feature a different project, from jewelry and painting to paper crafts and more.
This month's project is Dot Art Rock Painting.
Slow down and get creative with this relaxing dot painting workshop. Participants will learn basic dot art techniques using specialized tools and glossy acrylic paints to create colorful mandala-style designs on natural river rocks. No prior art experience is needed—just come ready to paint, experiment, and take home a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
Children ages 10+ are welcome to attend with a participating adult.
