Part 1 of Everyday Magic Series. Turn everyday moments into beautiful, meaningful keepsakes in this foundational photography class led by local family and newborn photographer Aubrey Bonetto.

Whether you use an iPhone or a digital camera, you’ll learn simple, practical techniques that make an immediate difference in your photos.

In this classroom-style session, we’ll cover proven photography principles that help you capture authentic connection and natural beauty—without complicated equipment or stiff poses.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Identify and work with natural light
  • Use flattering angles
  • Apply simple composition techniques
  • Prioritize play and presence over posing
  • Adjust phone camera settings and use basic editing tools

The instructor will share best practices, demonstrate techniques in real time, and offer personalized guidance as you explore your own phone or camera settings. There will be time for questions and hands-on support to help you feel confident putting these skills into practice.

Participants are encouraged to continue building their skills in Everyday Magic in the Wild - A Hands-On Photography Experience - on May 2nd at 4pm, an outdoor, hands-on session where you’ll photograph your own children (or other willing subjects) in a relaxed, playful setting.

Registration for both Part 1 and Part 2 will open on March 16th at 10am.
