Event Hall A - ParkerCalling all curious little eaters! In this playful and interactive class, children ages 3-6 and their parent or caregiver will explore the colorful world of fruits and vegetables together.
Led by Layne Stowell of Tiny Taste Buds, this hands-on Food Explorer Lab invites kids to discover the rainbow of healthy foods and learn how different colors help their bodies grow strong.
Through guided tasting, sensory exploration, and fun activities, children will be encouraged to take “Brave Bites,” build confidence trying new foods, and develop a positive relationship with healthy eating.
This program is Part 1 of a three-part Tiny Taste Buds series designed to help young children grow their curiosity and confidence around food over time. Part 2 - Brave Bites Lab — For Picky Eaters will take place this fall, with Part 3 - Little Chef Lab offered this winter.
Important: Only register the children attending, not the parents. Please limit registration to no more than two children per adult.
