Designed to improve flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness, join A Fine Balance Pilates studio for this 55-minute class focusing on building a strong foundation through breathwork, core engagement, and maintaining a neutral spine.

Mat Movement is a great introduction to Pilates, offering a supportive environment to learn the basics without the need for equipment.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
